Quality Executive – Flexible Packaging

Job Title: Quality Executive – Flexible Packaging

Experience: 3–4 Years

Location: Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality checks during printing, lamination, slitting, and pouching operations.
  • Perform testing for bond strength, COF, GSM, thickness, seal strength, and visual defects.
  • Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test documentation.
  • Coordinate with production teams for corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support customer complaint analysis and root cause identification.
  • Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and ISO requirements.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in the quality control department of a flexible packaging
    company.
  • Knowledge of flexible packaging materials and testing methods.
  • Familiarity with QC instruments and documentation.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Title: Production Supervisor – Gravure

Experience: Minimum 5 Years 

Location: Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli

About the Role

S&S Packaging is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead operations in our Rotogravure & Flexible Packaging Division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production activities of printing, lamination, slitting, and pouching.
  • Plan manpower, machine allocation, and production schedules.
  • Monitor productivity, wastage, quality, and machine utilization.
  • Ensure smooth shift operations and timely order execution.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams.
  • Maintain safety, housekeeping, and process discipline on the shop floor.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in flexible packaging manufacturing.
  • Strong exposure to Rotogravure Printing, Lamination, Slitting, and Pouching operations.
  • Ability to handle operators and shop-floor teams.
  • Good understanding of production reporting and troubleshooting.

Experience: 2–5 years preferred (freshers with relevant machine exposure may also apply).

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor pouch-making machines.
  • Set machine parameters for different pouch sizes and structures.
  • Ensure proper sealing, cutting, and pouch quality.
  • Minimize wastage and machine downtime.
  • Maintain production records and basic machine housekeeping.

Requirements

  • Experience in operating center seal / 3-side seal / stand-up pouch / zipper pouch
    machines preferred.
  • Ability to perform machine setup and changeovers.
  • Knowledge of flexible packaging materials is an advantage.
  • 2–5 years preferred (freshers with relevant machine exposure may also apply).

About the Role

S&S Packaging is expanding its Flexible Packaging Division and looking for a creative and technically strong Designer with hands-on experience in the flexible packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop artwork and packaging designs for pouches, laminates, labels, and flexible packaging products.
  • Prepare print-ready files for Rotogravure printing.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and cylinder-making teams for artwork approvals.
  • Ensure color accuracy, trapping, bleed, and technical print specifications.
  • Handle customer revisions and maintain artwork records.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in flexible packaging / rotogravure printing industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW.
  • Good understanding of printing processes, separations, and packaging layouts.
  • Ability to work independently and meet customer timelines.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Executive to support our offset (paper packaging) business. The role will focus on developing new clients and strengthening existing relationships for monocartons and other printed packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development for offset printing / paper packaging solutions (monocartons, cartons, corrugated boxes etc.) 
  • Identify and acquire new clients across industries such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and consumer goods 
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business 
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable packaging solutions 
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing 
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth 
  • Take ownership of assigned opportunities and ensure consistent follow-ups and closures 

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in the offset printing / paper packaging industry (preferred) 
  • Candidates from printing, packaging, or related industries with relevant exposure may also be considered 
  • Basic understanding of offset printing processes and packaging materials 
  • Experience in B2B / industrial sales 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients 
  • Self-driven and proactive, with a strong focus on execution and results 
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
